I had a very pleasant experience importing my first car, a Subaru Impreza through Eramace Car Importers. Alex was a thorough professional and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process giving regular updates on the progress. Though I ended up with a small unexpected bill due to CFS charges when getting my car at Mombasa, (My car overstayed at the port) Alex and his team were extremely helpful ensuring I got back to Nairobi with my car.
If I were to buy another car, I would still go to Eramace. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the overall experience a 10+ and would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends or family you.

A big thank you Eramace Car Importers staff for the honesty, integrity, helpful attitudes and tireless work you did.

Hi everyone am so happy to bring to your attention to this wonderful Company that makes our dreams become reality. After having a bad experience importing a car i almost gave up. My brother connected me to Alex the person in charge of the Mombasa Office. He is a wonderful guy who told me the details. Later we started the importation process. I liked so much the updates that i was given and the realistic timing.Finally my car came and i was happy on how the car was handled and how friendly i was recieved. I was later helped to beat the traffic off Mombasa since it was my first time in Mombasa. In short this is a realistic company genuine and you will not loose your money when you join them. Am a happy Man for i never thought that a car i had paid in advance without seeing it physically,neit her without ever meeting a staff from Eramace team that the car could really be delivered.My expectations came true after i was told to drop to Coast by Mr.Erastus and collect my car at their Mombasa branch offices having been cleared and registered.I never imagined that there are Kenyans left whom one can trust upon with his money to import a car on behalf and deliver in time without defrauding the money but Eramace Car Importers Ltd proofed its a possibility.It was beyond believe for my friends had discouraged me and dared me to count on my money as lost but the fact is Eramace team is excellent,trans parent and worth to be trusted.I received my car in good condition and am very happy.Thanks Erastus and your team for making me a happy man.With the kind of services you are offering to Kenyans your company will go far no doubt.
