Eramace car importers Ltd is a car importing company that do import cars for Kenyan citizens on a small commission from Singapore ,UK and Japan.We also buy and ship cars from overseas which we sell when under shipment,at port or at our showroom at dealers price.

2. What do the initials ETD and ETA mean?

-ETD means Estimated Time of Departure of the vessel / ship while

-ETA means Estimated Time of Arrival of the vessel / ship

3. What do the initials FOB stand for?

- Free on Board

4. What do the initials C&F stand for?

-Cost and Freight

5. What do the initials CIF stand for.

-Cost, Insurance and Freight

6.Where are Eramace Car Importers offices located in Kenya.

- Our offices are located at Mombasa and Nanyuki. 

7.What are consignee and Notify party?

-Consignee is the owner to the vehicle purchased and is indicated on the Bill of Lading.

-Notify party is the person receiving notices/updates of the cargo described in the bill of lading thus relying the same information to the consignee.

8.How long will it take to receive the car?

-It will depend on the ship's arrival at the Port depending on the SHIPPING SCHEDULE plus 5 working days to fully clear and register the unit.

9.If i am interested in a car in your website what do i do?

-You write an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and request to receive a proforma invoice for the unit also quote the stock number and you will be guided through.

10.How do i make payment?

-You can make payment to the bank accounts shown at the bottom of the proforma invoice that you receives from our accounts department or refer to the company accounts displayed HERE.

11.Do you accept credit card or banker's cheque?

-No, we don't accept credit card.

-Yes, we accept banker's cheque.
