1. Select/propose your vehicles

You will receive the price of vehicles which you selected by e-mail.
If the vehicles are under the reserve  in our website( someone has already requested to hold the vehicles), we are unable to offer the price.
Please contact us in order to check the availability of our stock or order a vehicle with certain specifications.

2. Issuing Proforma Invoice

If you agree with our price, we will issue the proforma invoice.
We will hold the vehicle for you up to 48 hours from the time we issued the invoice.

3. Payment

Make the Cost Insurance and Freight within 3 business days.

We will request the copy of bank receipt in order to hold your vehicles.

4. Arranging the shipment

We will arrange the shipment after confirming the receipt of your payment..
Please inform us the below in order to issue the Bill of lading(B/L)..

① Consignee details.
② Copy of ID and KRA pin
③ Your mailing address.

For those who have not made full payment yet. It is advisable to remit the balance payment at this stage or when the car arrives at Mombasa Port

5. Dispatch the documents

We will dispatch the shipping document as soon as we receive them from the shipping company.
We are able to release Bill of lading only after confirming the payment in full.

6. Delivery of Vehicles

Pick up the vehicles at your our Mombasa/ Nanyuki Office with the agreed terms on the proforma invoice. 

B. Cars at the Port 

1. Identify a car at our stock at the port

2. Request for a proforma invoice( for the reservation of the unit).

3. After paying a 30% of the car price commitment fee, the car is cleared for you and the balance is paid on the agreed terms.

4. Drive the car.

C. Ready showroom Cars

1.  Identify a car at our showroom.

2. Pay for the unit

3. Get a logbook transfer to fully own the unit.
